One-Click PDF to monday

Enter only the document data here. The backend will use its own monday configuration, generate the PDF, create a new monday row, upload the PDF, and return the result in one step. By default the PDF does not stay on local disk unless backend debug saving is enabled.

Part 1. Document Data

Fill the fields below and press the one action button. This HTML can run from anywhere as long as the backend URL below points to your Flask API.

This button sends only the document fields. monday settings such as token, board ID, and file column ID are taken from the backend config automatically. You can open this HTML file directly from your desktop or host it anywhere and just point it to the right backend URL.
